The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today announced the much-awaited class 12 board results. CBSE Class 12 students can now check their score card on the board official website Apart from the official website, the CBSE Class 12 results will be available on the Umang mobile app, DigiLocker, and the IVRS system. The CBSE results were declared on May 12th last year. This year, the overall pass rate stands at 87.98%. Notably, Trivandrum district achieved the highest pass rate, while Prayagrajranked lowest. Over 24,000 candidates score above 95 per cent, over 1.16 lakh above 90 per cent. The CBSE has opted not to publish a Toppers List for the Class 12 Exams. Instead, alongside the CBSE Class 12th Result 2024, the board will provide details such as the overall pass percentage, results categorized by gender, school, and region, among others. Continuing the trend, girls have once again outperformed boys, with 81.12% of boys and 91.52% of girls passing the exam, marking a 6.40% difference. Out of 16.33 lakh students registered, 16.21 lakh students have successfully passed the exam, reflecting an improvement in pass percentage compared to the previous year. This year, approximately 39 lakh students took part in the CBSE Class 10th and 12th exams. The Class 10th exams were conducted from February 15th to March 13th, while the Class 12th exams commenced on February 15th and concluded on April 2nd, 2024.
