One unique feature about your educational institution that makes it different from the other institutions in the country

Modern Public School is a place where educators and students come together to form life long memories. If there is something special here that you don't find elsewhere, is the one-of-a-kind teaching method. The school promotes SEE learning, i.e., social, emotional and ethical learning. Students are prepared to become responsible citizens of modern India. At Modern Public School ,values are prioritized over skills.

As an Educator how have you influenced the fellow educators and the education fraternity ?

Knowledge is an abysmal ocean, the deeper you go, the more will you discover. I continuously remind my fellow educators to keep the doors open for knowledge. I believe that there is always room for improvement and so motivate my fellow educators to keep the research work going.

As an Influential Educator how would you encourage developing leadership capacity amongst your fellow colleague ?

I encourage my fellow educators to always be willing learners and grow . I instill the belief in them that the most successful educators are those who are driven by a passion for their students, and who possess the vision, communication skills, decision-making ability, and adaptability to lead their schools to success. My advise to the next generation of educators is “ embrace your passion, cultivate your leadership skills, and never stop striving to make a positive impact in the lives of your students.”

As an educator how have you influenced the society ?

As a Principal to this great school, I believe that my role extends beyond the education of individual students. I feel responsible for shaping the culture and environment of the school, and for fostering a sense of community among students, teachers, and parents. I believe that a well- rounded education is essential for students to thrive in today's rapidly changing world, and I work to ensure that our school provides a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for college and career success, while also instilling in them a strong sense of ethics and civic responsibility and morality. By encouraging students to get involved in community service projects, ,and taking leadership roles, I aim to help them develop a sense of purpose and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities and beyond. I always work to promote a supportive and inclusive school environment, where students feel valued and respected, and where differences are celebrated .

A message you'd like to give to the upcoming professionals in the field of education with regard to the leadership qualities they must possess

I have seen the tremendous impact that effective leadership can have on students, teachers, and the wider community. As the next generation of educators enter the field, I would like to offer a few words of advice regarding the leadership qualities that are essential for success.First and foremost, it is crucial for educators to have strong fundamentals. They should possess a strong unified vision for their school and a deep commitment for their students. Another key quality of effective leaders is the ability to make decisions that are in the best interests of the school and its students. This means being willing to take calculated risks and to lead by example, setting a positive tone for the school community. Successful leaders must be adaptable and able to navigate the ever- changing landscape of education - to lead their schools to success.

How does it feel when your team looks up as an influencer and what message would you like to give them?

When my teachers look up to me , I feel that there's a lot of responsibility on my shoulder as I need to follow the righteous path .I'm propelled to be a force that inspires and motivates action among them. It not only helps me to work towards a common goal but also to shape the facilitators as leaders. Here I urge them to keep working hard with passion and dedication to make this community a better place for everyone.
