On June 25, 2024, SJBHS conducted an inter-faith prayer service to promote unity and secularism. The event commenced with prayers, devotional songs in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and readings from scriptures, emphasizing spiritual connection and communal harmony. Students from Std 5 performed a devotional Kannada dance, invoking blessings and guidance. Principal Fr. Sunil Fernandes SJ delivered a speech highlighting the significance of peaceful coexistence and community welfare. The service underscored the school's commitment to secular values and inclusivity, reinforcing that regardless of faith or belief, unity and compassion are foundational. Such initiatives aim to cultivate a compassionate society and foster understanding among students and staff, ensuring that secularism remains integral to the school's ethos and educational activities.
