As a principal with 23 years of experience, I believe in fostering an environment encouraging exploration and innovation, preparing our students to become well-rounded, forward-thinking citizens of 21st-century India.

One often-heard yet overlooked area is the Integration of Interdisciplinary Studies. Subjects like environmental science, when combined with technology and engineering, can lead to groundbreaking innovations in sustainability. He has been the City Coordinator of CBSE for three years, and President of the Schools Association- Bagalkote Chalukya Sahodaya. He attended occupational development and professional enrichment programs in Germany and London has further enriched his understanding of school leadership and pedagogies.
