Ahead of the Supreme Court hearing on the NEET-UG paper leak, the CBI detained three AIIMS Patna doctors. The doctors, from the 2021 batch, are being questioned, and their rooms, laptops, and mobile phones have been seized. This comes a day after two more individuals were arrested for allegedly stealing NEET-UG question papers. The Supreme Court will review multiple petitions related to the controversy, including calls for exam cancellation and re-tests. The Centre and NTA have submitted affidavits, asserting no mass malpractice was detected and attributing higher scores to a syllabus reduction.
