On July 16, 2024, 40 students from KIIT World School, Pitampura, attended the 96th ICAR Foundation and Technology Day at the National Agricultural Science Complex. Themed "Agri-Innovation," the event featured exhibits like an Agri-robot for pesticide spraying, wastewater management models, and augmented reality experiences with drones. Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan inaugurated the exhibition, which showcased technological advancements from ICAR and associated institutes. The event also highlighted India's agricultural diversity with various banana and mango varieties. A career guidance session provided insights into educational and professional opportunities in agriculture, detailing ICAR courses and career paths. The visit inspired students, expanding their knowledge and igniting an interest in agricultural science and sustainable farming practices.
