The registration process for nursery, KG, and Class I admissions has started in over 2,000 private schools in Delhi. Applications can be submitted online or through traditional hard copies, with a submission deadline of December 15. The initial list of selected candidates will be released on January 12, and parents can address inquiries from January 13 to January 22. The selection process involves a point system, with criteria such as neighborhood proximity carrying the most weight. Age limits for admission are specified, and admissions for the 25% quota reserved for economically weaker sections will be managed by the Directorate of Education. Valid proof of address documents include Ration Card, domicile certificate, Voter ID, electricity bill, and Aadhaar card. Notably, no consideration is given to parents' educational qualifications, occupation, or financial status.
