Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattarhas announced free education in both private and government colleges for girls from families with an annual income below Rs 1.8 lakh. Additionally, the government will cover half of the college fees for girls from families with incomes ranging from Rs 1.8 lakh to Rs 3 lakh. This move aims to make education accessible to economically weaker sections. Khattar also revealed plans for town development and healthcare improvements during a Jan Ashirwad rally in Samalkha. The decision garnered support from Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The existing 50-bed community health center is set to be upgraded to a 100-bed hospital, showcasing a comprehensive development agenda for the region. Various political figures, including Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, expressed support for the move.
