RYANITES INTERACT WITH PARALYMPICS SILVER MEDALIST & DM GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, MR. SUHAS L.Y.

Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida) District Magistrate and shuttler Mr. Suhas Lalinakere Yathiraj made India proud by winning a silver medal at Paralympics – 2021, held in Tokyo. He recently interacted with students of Ryan International School Greater Noida.

Mr. Suhas was accompanied by the Principal, Ms. Sudha Singh. He was delighted to meet the students, as Ryan Group was the first school to visit him to congratulate and appreciate the champion for his feat at the Paralympic Games.

The students asked him how he was able to balance his administrative work along with his passion for badminton, to which he said, “Being the DM of Noida, it was a very challenging time during the pandemic. But I never gave up on my training and devoted a lot of time to it. I was very confident about clinching a medal at Tokyo 2021”.

He gave tips to the students on hard work, meticulous planning, and time management for being successful in one’s endeavors.

He briefed the students about how they can balance their academics and other activities and be achievers and all-rounders. Inspired by his achievements, dedication, grit, and hard work, the students asked him about his mantra of life to which he said “Give your best always in everything you do”.

The IAS officer, who has an impairment in one of his ankles, produced an outstanding performance before narrowly going down 21-15 17-21 15-21 to two-time world champion Mazur in the 62-minute summit clash.

It was indeed a great moment for the students to be a part of this interaction and meet such a dynamic and inspiring personality.
