Bennett University ties up with Essex University for global & practical education – Education News
Bennett University (BU) has signed an all-encompassing friendly agreement with University of Essex (UoE), UK to offer quality international experience along with experiential learning to its students for their holistic development.
To kick-start and strengthen this partnership, a team comprising Jayant Ganguli, professor at UoE department of economics, and Sandeep Sharma, director, student recruitment and partnerships, South Asia region, visited the BU campus to strategize progression links, student mobility programme and partnership pathways.
Ganguli said “The visit to Bennett University was really enjoyable. The interaction with students and staff colleagues was very lively and academically stimulating. I’m looking forward to having further discussions with staff colleagues from economics, management and social sciences departments, collaborating with them and progressing the relationship between our prestigious institutions.” Nilanjan Chattopadhyay, dean, BU school of management, hoped that the MoU would help initiate collaborative research projects and create other avenues for the two universities.
