IIT Guwahati calls back students for offline classes in phase-wise manner- Education News

IIT Guwahati has taken the decision to call back its students for physical classes but in a phase-wise manner. The Academic Affairs Section of the institute will issue a separate notice regarding the resumption of offline classes in classrooms.

Only the students eligible for registration for the current semester are permitted to return, and students are currently arriving on the campus as per the phase-wise return schedule given below. Students need to fill in their arrival details in the return portal and plan their travel to reach the campus as per the schedule. They are enthusiastic about returning to the campus and starting in-person learning.

IIT Guwahati has developed methods to uphold academic excellence during digital learning. However, on-campus learning and interaction with peers are vital for the students’ overall development and mental health.
