MoU between IIM Raipur and IIT Kharagpur for installation and support ERP system- Education News
Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur joined hands to officialise the collaboration between the two premier institutes. Under the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between them, IIT Kharagpur would install its robust ERP software into the server of IIM Raipur.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani, Director, IIM Raipur, and Prof. Virendra Kumar Tiwari, IIT Kharagpur. The installation of the ERP System will help IIM Raipur better manage its day-to-day activities pertaining to academics, accounts, establishment, and purchase sections. It will also help the Institute make important policy decisions. IIT Kharagpur will not only install and provide support for the ERP System but also customize it for IIM Raipur. Moreover, the MoU will accelerate the development of IIM Raipur by providing support for technical education at all levels.
The advanced technical capabilities of IIT Kharagpur will help IIM Raipur face the challenges that national institutions face. The MoU will strengthen the bonds between the two institutions as they work together for their growth and mutual benefit. It will pave the way for a long-term relationship that will add value to both the institutes and society at large.
