India’s Chess prodigy, Prachiti Chandratreya secures first rank in 2019-2020 board examinations with a whopping 99.20%!
National champion, Prachiti Chandratreya, is a student of Wisdom High International School, which ranks amongst the Top 20 Schools in India.

She has as well, been amongst the Top 5 rank holders in India in the U-16 category.
Back in July 2018, she reached the highest rating of 2075 by defeating hundreds of opponents.
She has represented the state in the U-11 category and stood 4th, being selected for the nationals.
With undivided determination, she stood 10th amongst all participants nationwide and was awarded a cash price of Rs.2000/-.
Her constant practice and developing interest raised her game up to the 2nd position during the U-13 Chess state championship, again, being proudly selected for the nationals.
Her list of victories keeps adding up as she continues to win many tournaments in and around Nashik, Mumbai, and Pune.
Her record of representing many age groups at Rating Tournaments and winning rating prizes in countless.
She has been titled as the ‘Best Female Player’ in Balaton Open in Hungary, Europe, as well as at IIFL Wealth Tournament with a consecutive two-time-win with a cash price of Rs.10,000/- every time, ‘Best under 1800’ at ‘Capo D’orsoTournament’in Italy and has won many awards and cash prizes in Indian and well as International tournaments.
In 2019, she represented the Indian team and bagged a silver at the ISF World Schools Chess Championship 2019 in Armenia.
What remains in our heart is her down to Earth nature, her calm conduct and the respect in her eyes for her gurus, parents, the school and all her well-wishers.
