LAUNCH OF THE HARROW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL IN BENGALURU-Education News
Harrow International School Bengaluru launched its parent information sessions in Bengaluru on 11th Feb 2023 and 11th Mar 2023. Both events were convened at the JW Marriot and were very well-attended.
Over 120 parents registered for the first event and over 160 parents for the second. The official event was organized and anchored by Dr. Moses Satralkar, Head of Admissions and Marketing, Harrow International School Bengaluru. The event was well-attended and well-appreciated by the participants that comprised affluent parents, expatriates, and diverse stakeholders including those from media, corporate industries/MNCs, club representatives, forum members, private entrepreneurs, diplomats and former military personnel.
Head Master, Mr. Andrew Leale (Oxford University, UK) made a comprehensive presentation that covered the history, ethos, vision, mission, curriculum accreditations, subject combinations, infrastructure, co-curricular activities, faculty profiles and scholarship opportunities. The session was followed by an interactive Open Forum where the participating parents asked a number of questions.
Harrow International School Bengaluru will be opening with its first batch of 150 students in August 2023. On opening, Harrow Bengaluru will offer the Cambridge curriculum, featuring Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS and A levels, from Grades 6 to12. The International Baccalaureate Diploma programme will be offered in Grades 11and 12, as an alternative to A levels, from 2024.
The school aspires to take International Education to the next level in India, drawing from its exclusive flagship Harrow School in the UK.
Harrow Bengaluru continues to receive widespread support on its joint venture with the Amity Education Group, benefiting from the unique network made available through this strategic collaboration.
