On April 1st, 2023, KIIT World School hosted an orientation program for parents of the upcoming academic session 2023-24.
The focus of the event was on building a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the school community, with the theme of “PARTNERSHIP”. The School Principal, Dr. Neelima Kamrah, emphasized the importance of communication between parents and teachers to provide the best learning opportunities for students. The school counsellor, Ms. Meenu Chopra, shared tips on effective parenting, highlighting the role of parents as teachers at home. The KIIT School Academic Advisor, Ms. Charu Bajaj, emphasized the importance of developing skills in children at an early age The School Coordinator, Ms. Yogita Sharma, provided an overview of the curriculum by explaining the examination policies. Ms. Rashmi Srivastava, Headmistress, briefed parents on school policies and expectations from parents. Ms. Priyanka Yadav, the coordinator, discussed the benefits of co-curricular activities, emphasizing how they enable creative expression and contribute to holistic development. The event concluded with a stunning performance by the students.
