J&K LG Manoj Sinha responds to young student’s appeal on reducing homework pressure

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday responded to a young student’s video through a tweet. The video that went viral shows the student requesting PM Modi to reduce the homework pressure on children who are taking online classes amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Very adorable complaint. Have directed the school education department to come out with a policy within 48 hours to lighten burden of homework on school kids. Childhood innocence is a gift of God and their days should be lively, full of joy and bliss,” J&K LG Manoj Sinha tweeted.
