BSEM begins class 10 Board exam with strict Covid-19 precautions- Education News

The High School Leaving Examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) commenced on Tuesday and was held at 192 exam centers across the state, where strict Covid-19 guidelines were maintained.

The government decided to conduct the BSEM examination following the improvement in the pandemic situation. Wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing, over 39,000 students appeared for the class 10 examination. Teachers and other staff of the exam centers also adhered to the Covid guidelines, while sanitizers and hand wash were provided to students and exam center staff.

The class 12 examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM) will commence from Thursday.
