VISAKHAPATNAM: The American Association of Physicians of Indian origin (AAPI) is conducting a Global Health Summit in India collaborating with Indian Medical professionals from January 6 to January 8.
The AAPI represents a global group of more than 80,000 practicing physicians from all medical and surgical specialties in the USA. This is charitable foundation does a lot of service activities in India for the less privileged.
On the occasion of this summit, a free HPC Vaccination (Human Papillomavirus Vaccine) for girls from 9 years of age to 23 years would be given to avoid cervical cancer.
The Chairperson of AAPI and the former Director of Medical Education of AP Dr. Ravi Raju and President Dr. Ravi Kolli informed the media persons that this is the 16 th Global Health Summit and there would be scientific sessions and workshops on medicine, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology, Kidney diseases, newborn health, Diabetes, Cardiology, Neurology, Blindness prevention and Oncology.
