Refund Policy

We provide refunds in very specific cases only. Users are requested to review the following points:

• Refunds will only be initiated if multiple payments are made for the same application. In such cases, the request will be initiated within 2 working days, and payment will be refunded within the next 7 to 10 working days.
• No refunds will be provided for any application fee processed to complete an application form. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete submission of applications.
• Applications cannot be amended after submission, and no refund will be provided for cancellation.
• Specific terms and conditions on individual service pages, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms mentioned here.
• We may change our services, terms & conditions, including refund and cancellation policies, from time to time. Please review the latest terms before making a payment.
