Three no fire cooking recipes for kids

As summer has approached and kids’ schools are going to shut down, mothers are worried about what snacks to give them, as they would demand something special from moms. These are a few recipes to relax your mind and make your child happy!!

Cheesy Nachos Recipe

It is an excellent combination of cheese and chips where plain nachos are decked up with cheese and served in a delicious way! This is a recipe with just three ingredients. It proves that you don’t need too many ingredients to prepare an interesting recipe. Both children and adults are super crazy about eating these nachos. Kids love it the most when it is in combination with cheese. Nachos are usually eaten with Salsa dip but now the cheesy nachos have become popular.

Ingredients for Cheesy Nachos:

Nachos: You can use readymade or your own. | Cheese: Use pizza cheese or mozzarella cheese so that it melts easily.
Seasonings: Add flavours like Oregano and chilli flakes. |Bell peppers: You can use them if you want, but not mandatory.

How to prepare
First, lay the nachos in a large bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese, add pepper and then add the nachos again and repeat with cheese and pepper. Bake in a preheated microwave for a few minutes before serving the dish. Add Oregano and chilli flakes for garnish later.

Fruit Salad

It is one of the easiest recipes as it requires only colourful fruits to attract kids. Add some black salt to it if your kids like, or plain salt. You can also add some fresh cream to the fruit salad if your kid likes the taste of cream. Your little one can also help you out with the preparation of fruit salad.

Mini pizza

It is an easy and quick recipe that needs just a few ingredients. Your child can also make this recipe by adding a variety of vegetables and protein-rich items, like tofu.

You will need:

2 English bread | 1 cup quick pizza sauce | ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) | ¼ cup spinach, finely shredded | Herbs mix (seasoning)

How to:

Take the bread and apply quick pizza sauce on it.

Sprinkle the spinach, mozzarella cheese and herbs mix on top and microwave the muffin for ten minutes. You can add the vegetables or tofu too, if you want to make it healthier.

Serve hot with homemade tomato sauce or hummus.
