The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur and Birmingham City University (BCU) together organised a special lecture at IIM Raipur on May 27. The lecture was delivered by Sara Gracy, senior lecturer in leadership and Human Resource Management (HRM) at BCU. This lecture is part of the Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) elective course "Bringing humanities and innovation management and creative entrepreneurial leadership" in management. This EPGP management elective course from IIT Raipur and Birmingham City University aims to bridge the gap between traditional management education and the creative human-centric approach needed to lead in the modern, innovation-driven business environment. It is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of international management while fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
