The NMIMS School of Hospitality Management and Shannon College of Hotel Management, University of Galway, Ireland jointly launched a four-year dual degree flagship programme during an agreement signing ceremony. The programme will confer the degrees of BBA in Hospitality Operations and Management from NMIMS School of Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Business Studies (International Hotel Management) from Shannon College, University of Galway. As per the eligibility criteria, students should have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 for NMIMS. The selection process includes a written test and a personal interview. After the completion of their second year at NMIMS, students will need a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 and an interview by Shannon College for eligibility. The dual-degree programme also includes a mandatory nine-month post-completion internship, allowing students hands-on experience at renowned hospitality establishments. Furthermore, both institutions will provide 100% placement assistance, with recruitment opportunities available across the EU, US, and UK through partner hotels.
