ABOUT MOUNT SION SION MINISTRIES Sion Ministries is a Christian organization registered under the Societies Registration Act 21, 1860. It is founded by Christian faith with a vision to witness the Goodness of God for the mankind through the love of Lord Jesus Christ. MOUNT SION SCHOOL Mount Sion School was started on 25th June 2001 as ‘Catholic School’ with Christian faith. As God led us to change the name, ‘Catholic School’ becomes ‘Mount Sion School’ in 2003. Under the leadership of ‘Sion Ministries’ we are running towards our goal to be a most prestigious establishment with a record of high academic performance. The land has been granted by the management of Bokaro Steel Plant (SAIL). We are a co-educational English medium Senior Secondary (10+2) school affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. The school today is a vibrant and exciting place to learn, catering for the pupils of Bokaro Steel City and the surrounding areas. WHAT DOES MOUNT SION SYMBOLIZE It symbolizes a chosen place —a place of election. Secondly, it is a symbol of God's immanence, of an encounter with God. Further, it is naturally also a symbol of God's blessing. But it is also a place of prayer and a place where people feel safe. Finally, it is also a place where people feel safe. They feel safe, not in order to sleep, but in order to grow more deeply into God's heart. From this safety and inner fusion of hearts they should go out to impress the features of Christ on the world once more.
