Mr. Kaushik is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 25 years of experience and presently Chairman of Zomato Ltd. He retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers after spending over 22 years in the practice out of which 17 years have been as a partner. Advisory Board of PwC, national IFRS leader, Corporate Governance Practice leader, amongst other national and global roles. Since retiring, he has been retained as an expert on Corporate Governance by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in matters relating to future of corporate governance in India. He has participated in the Naresh Chandra Committee’s deliberations for developing the norms of Corporate Governance in India. Sir has also worked with Conference Board of the U.S.A., Asian Development Bank, Institute of Directors UK,Asian Institute of Corporate Governance, Genesis Park, USA, the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, CII, Assocham, Department of Public Enterprises, National Foundation for Corporate Governance etc. on governance matters. He has been a founding member of CII’s National Council on Corporate Governance. He has co-authored a book titled ‘Corporate Governance: Myth to Reality’. He also wrote a book on history of Indian business titled ‘India Means Business: How the Elephant Earned Its Stripes’ which has been published by Oxford University Press. Mr. Kaushik has been a visiting faculty at IIM-Lucknow and IIM-Calcutta for the course in Financial Statements and Reporting. Sir is active at various professional forums on international reporting and governance issues and has prepared a number of research papers for The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and other universities and business schools on various financial issues. He writes extensively in the business columns of leading newspapers on governance and reporting issues.

Dear DPS Greater Noida Family, At the very outset, I would like to send you warm greetings. We are going through an unprecedented global predicament today. Each one of us and the entire world is affected by the corona virus pandemic; our economy, our families, communities and our entire way of life are adversely affected by the scare of infection and contagion. This is the moment we need to be attuned with our motto of 'Service Before Self' ; to be people for and with others leading a life of patience, empathy and compassion. The virus has prompted all of us to gain a heightened self-awareness. I am sure all of us have been practicing social distancing, physical distancing and coming together on social media for mutual morale boosting conversations and sharing. This is the best way to counter the pandemic. Our vision is to provide students with an educational experience that inspires and motivates them to be lifelong learners and caring contributors to the world around them. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment that meets the individual needs of each student, both academically and socially. Families, teachers, support staff, community members, and administration all play a part in helping our students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we can make a positive difference. A strong partnership between home and school fosters greater success for our children.
