An Exemplary Educator with Over 25+ Years of Experience in Leadership Roles Ms. Anshu Mital is a seasoned educator with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years, characterized by her unwavering commitment to excellence and innovative educational practices. She has held influential leadership positions in some of the most prestigious schools in India, including Amity International School, Saket, Salwan Public School, Gurgaon, and DPSG, Sushant Lok. Currently, she holds the esteemed position of Principal at MRG School, Rohini, where she has contributed her visionary leadership for the past 2 years. Pioneer in Educational Training and Innovation Ms. Anshu Mital's influence extends beyond the classroom, as she has conducted numerous 'Teachers' Training Workshops' that have benefited hundreds of educators across different schools. Her dedication to innovative teaching practices was acknowledged in September 2015 when she was honored with the prestigious Samman Award by the Rotary Club, New Delhi. A Global Perspective on Education Ms. Mital's commitment to fostering global perspectives in education is evident through her participation in international events. She presented her insights on Thematic and Integrated teaching at the 3rd International Conference of Primary Principals in Lucknow on April 25, 2009. She has also served as the Chief Nodal Supervisor for CBSE for Secondary and Senior Secondary board examination paper checking and rechecking on multiple occasions, showcasing her deep understanding of the assessment process.
