One thing, however, remains unchanged, the assumption that education is the critical factor for individuals’ success in obtaining and succeeding in work. It is, therefore, commonly assumed that education is crucial for meeting the challenges concerning the future of work and employability. Thus, preoccupation with aspirational curriculum reforms like ‘21st-century skills’ being promoted for employment growth, can be achieved only through a successfully designed education system. Change starts from the educational institutions when they design a suitable program and curricula that matches with employment. This ardent need therefore requires educators and experts to research and suggest methods and strategies that ensure quantitative and qualitative learning that helps the students to face the future. It is in sync with our mission to remain updated and welcome all transitions, that at Blue Bells Model School, we have pioneered to introduce subjects like Data Science, AI, Design Thinking, Coding, and Robotics as a club activity from the Middle school level.
