Vision and Leadership
School Vision
"To strive for better and better, not resting on one’s laurels; seek solutions not excuses, deliver results and serve the community by providing quality education." LEADING THE CHANGE WITHIN VISION 2021-25 FOR BAL BHARATI PUBLIC SCHOOL, NOIDA
Chairman/Directors/Correspondent's
Our School was established in 1992 and had a modest beginning in a residential building in Sec-21. It is heartening to note that now it is housed in a state-of-art-building boasting of the latest infrastructure. From a modest beginning, we have come a long way and today we are recognised as one of the few private endeavors in education towards promoting excellence amongst the youth of India. It has been an engaging obsession with us here at our school to develop a committed set of children, brimming with self-confidence and skills refurnished to recognise and realize the changing national fabric and to cope with this in the most effective manner. We aim to bring glory to this institution, the community, the state and the country at large, and to stand out as the best example of imparting an all-round education. Our goals and priorities are well set and very clear in our minds. A team of dedicated persons both of the management and the teaching staff is working diligently and we have no doubt in our mind, that we will be able to achieve our goals. At this moment I am reminded of a beautiful couplet from the poem"Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" by Robert Frost: "The Woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep." We do not believe in compromising with the standards and through a team of highly dedicated and qualified teachers, and latest teaching techniques and equipment, through round the year competitions and programmes, we want our students to etch out a niche for themselves in the society. Our Board results of classes X & XII speak for themselves. It is our endeavour to aim for higher & higher and provide the best in school education as well as in sports. Annual sports and cultural functions are a regular feature of the School and provide a panoramic view of the achievement of the school in different co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Our commitment to education is very firm and clear. We only pray to God Almighty that He may give us sufficient strength and will-power to complete our tasks and fulfil our promises. To do anything in this world worth doing, we must not stand back shivering and thinking of the cold and danger, but jump in and scramble through as well as we can.

Education should achieve three broad objectives. First, provide skills for professional growth. Second, provide life skills which include soft skills, maturity and emotional growth. Third, build a strong character for being a good human being and citizen. While it will be a mistake to say that India has completely failed to fulfil these objectives, a serious rethinking is required. The National curriculum framework, (NCF), the foundational document for elementary and secondary education forms the basis for national agencies like CBSE and NCERT to develop and administer school curricula. The recommendations in the NCF can at least, partially achieve the above three broad objectives that this article identifies. The government has further invited suggestions through the New Education Policy Group, but the existing volume of recommendations as well as the new one’s being sought, may still not deliver the reforms we need, primarily because of two sets of reason.
