Libraries store the energy that fuels the imagination. They open windows to the world and inspire us to explore, achieve, and contribute to improving our own lives and of those around us. The school has two separate libraries for the Primary Wing and the Senior Wing. Primary Wing Library The Primary Wing has a well-stocked library of around 11,000 books on diverse subjects to cater to the specific needs of the curious minds in that age group. A class library is also maintained with contributions from the young learners, which not only inculcates their reading skills but also helps them learn how to handle books with care. The library also subscribes to the leading newspapers and magazines relevant to children of the primary-school age-group. There is an audiovisual section where many topics are addressed through a rich collection of films and documentaries. The themes are subject-specific and interdisciplinary, making learning a holistic and fun-filled experience. The annual review of the books not only ensures easy access to the latest resource material but also makes the entire reading-learning process dynamic and lively. Senior Wing Library The school has a well-equipped and fully air-conditioned Senior Library, which is upgraded annually. The library has a separate reading hall with tasteful decor and well-demarcated Text, Reference, Fiction, and Non-fiction sections. The adjacent AV Room is furnished with an overhead projector, LED TV screens, Linguaphones, and CD players for the convenience of the students. The library also has a variety of audio and video CDs on its shelves. It subscribes to 5 newspapers and 37 magazines and journals to cater to the diverse tastes and interests of the students.

One thing, however, remains unchanged, the assumption that education is the critical factor for individuals’ success in obtaining and succeeding in work. It is, therefore, commonly assumed that education is crucial for meeting the challenges concerning the future of work and employability. Thus, preoccupation with aspirational curriculum reforms like ‘21st-century skills’ being promoted for employment growth, can be achieved only through a successfully designed education system. Change starts from the educational institutions when they design a suitable program and curricula that matches with employment. This ardent need therefore requires educators and experts to research and suggest methods and strategies that ensure quantitative and qualitative learning that helps the students to face the future. It is in sync with our mission to remain updated and welcome all transitions, that at Blue Bells Model School, we have pioneered to introduce subjects like Data Science, AI, Design Thinking, Coding, and Robotics as a club activity from the Middle school level. Gone are the days when education was confined to the four walls of the classrooms. Dr. Trilok Singh Bist, Principal, BDBBPS, is a seasoned educator, administrator, team leader, a career coach and motivational speaker with more than 33 years of experience in the education domain. He is passionate about education & has constructively contributed to hone the knowledge and skills set of the learners. His area of specialization is Economics , Mathematics and Career Counseling. He is a strict disciplinarian, a profound leader and a mentor. In his illustrious career, Dr. Bist has honoured and embellished various prestigious positions in the school administration working with renowned institutions. He was the Principal, Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Jodhamal Public School, Jammu , Doon International School & Dean at Unison World School, Dehradun Dr. Trilok Singh Bist is a proud recipient of National Teachers Award 2016-17. He was awarded the Fortune 50 Principal Leadership Award 2018 & 2019 for his outstanding work as an educationalist and he was in the Fortune 50 Principals List by famour Magazine Fortune 50. He was awarded ‘Outstanding Service to Society Award’ by National Award Agency India under the International Award for Young People (IAYP) for his contribution in the field of education.
