The school functions under a registered society with members belonging to well known business houses, industrial establishments and Educational Institution of Ghaziabad. About the Trust The Shambhu Dayal Trust was set up in 1917 by (Late) Lala Shambhu Dayal, who was a great visionary and profound educationist. In that day and age, he wanted women to be emancipated and educated. At that time, the ex-officio Collector and many reputed people of the city were nominated as members. The objective of the trust was to work towards the welfare of society through the medium of education. Hence in the same year, the Shambhu Dayal Inter College was established. In 1962, Shambhu Dayal Post graduate College was set up. The third institution, Shambhu Dayal Global School is the flagship project of this trust, for which its aim is to make quality education available at minimum cost.
