Dr. Suresh Reddy is the Founder and Chairperson of the Saketh Educational Trust that has established Candor International School in Bangalore, Karnataka. His vision is to ensure that school education in India, in addition to providing academic excellence, also draws out and develops every student’s potential in the Arts and Sports. He aims to ensure that students make a seamless transition between Indian and Western schooling systems through exchange programmes for students, as well as teachers. A successful entrepreneur, Dr. Reddy is the Founder and CEO of a leading IT company in the USA, where he lived with his family, and has to his credit 20 years of experience in the IT industry, as well as various MNCs such as US Bank, Volvo and Prudential Insurance. He has received many honors and accolades, including one for his IT company as ‘One of the fastest growing private companies in the USA’. Dr. Reddy also serves as the Director of the Small and Medium Enterprise Consortium (SMEC), a consortium of over 300 technology companies. SMEC promotes sustainable development of small and mid-sized businesses and is growing rapidly both here in India and the United States. In 2012, he joined Apex as their Director of Pharmaceuticals. Apex Pharmaceuticals announces first accepted ANDA filing by the US FDA, upgrades facilities to bring them under cGMP conditions, offers small scale contract manufacturing, and pilots bio study manufacturing. He is also the Director and COO of Learnbeyond. Learnbeyond is a single platform that integrates the best of technology, interface and content to provide an unparalleled online learning experience. The platform was initially conceived as hotschools.net, an exam engine meant to help students get through the highly competitive College Admission Tests. Since gaining popularity amongst the student community for its usefulness and effectiveness, the platform has evolved and been rebranded into its current avatar, Learnbeyond. Built by a team of developers and project managers with a genuine passion for learning, Learnbeyond has come to be known as the standard in eLearning by its users today. Dr. Reddy also finds time to serve as a Director of NATA, North America Telugu Association. The organization serves the Telugu Indian-American community by organizing regional activities, meetings, and biannual conventions to celebrate Telugu culture and traditions. NATA’s activities include exchange programs for students, scientists, artists and professionals. It also advances the Telugu heritage by sponsoring events that enrich and enlighten society, and by extending support back home for education, business and overall development of Telugu communities across the globe.

Dr. Aninda Chatterjee, is one of the country’s most prominent and highly regarded educators. He has been in the education sector for the last 40 years (four decades), including over 15 years of leadership experience in International schools. His schooling has been from St. Joseph’s College, Allahabad from where he passed the Indian School Certificate Examination of the University of Cambridge. He completed a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of Allahabad and a Doctorate in Arts, from the U.S. Dr Aninda Chatterjee, has extensive experience as an administrator in India and aboard. He has a degree in school management from the European Foundation for Quality Management. He has led, coordinated, and directed large-scale improvement projects within school systems with the International School Services. Dr. Aninda Chatterjee, started his career in the year 1980 as the Senior Lecturer, Department of English Studies and Modern European Languages, University of Allahabad. He was part of a UN team that helped to set up the Royal University of Bhutan. Then he set his foot in the IB Curriculum as the Principal, Senior School, Pathways World School, Aravali, and got an internal transfer as the Principal of Pathways World School, Gurgaon. He then moved to GEMS Our Own English High School Sharjah, as the Principal/ CEO; again, he got an internal transfer to the GEMS New Millennium School, Dubai, as the founding Principal/ CEO, where he had students of 47 nationalities with 10 nationalities of teacher. He was also Executive Director, IQRA Group of schools. His last engagement was with Cathedral Vidya School Lonavala as the Principal/ CEO. He brings with him a vast knowledge and experience of various pedagogic and administrative experiences in the International Baccalaureate and Cambridge Programmes. His schools have won numerous awards including the: • Khalifa Award which is the highest education award in the UAE. • Featured in Forbes India as the country’s leading educator. • He is a Charles Wallace Fellow U.K. and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts U.K. During his tenure Dr Aninda Chatterjee, has worked towards the review of the IB Programmes, accreditation of the IBPYP & IBDP, and been a part of the Council of International Schools pre- authorization self-study. He is also the examiner for TOK Dr. Aninda Chatterjee believes in providing students with a journey that encapsulates the development of intellect and character that is nurtured in a caring community, and strongly believes in optimizing students achievement, and student empowerment with a drive to foster love for learning.
