ST RAPHAEL CO-ED SCHOOL, Bhopal is a Christian minority school established by the Holy Spirit Sisters in 2003. The School is recognized by the Directorate of Education, Delhi Administration and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (Affiliation No. 1030456). The School is run by the Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit, also known as Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters, (SSpS Latin: Servae Spiritus Sancti) an international Christian religious order that follows the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Roman Catholic Church, founded by St. Arnold Janssen in 1889. The Congregation is headquartered in Rome. From their humble beginning in Europe in 1889 they have etched their presence in 52 countries in seven continents with more than 4000 members. We consider education as the integral formation of human person for the fulfillment of his/her individual and social responsibility. Melding traditional values into a contemporary real-world context, our school prepares students to embark on a journey of academic as well as personal excellence. My dear students, on behalf of our school management and the entire Raphaelite family, I welcome you all to the new academic session, irrespective of the disruptions and uncertainties that we face globally due to the pandemic attack. Regardless of the external pressures, inconveniences, emotional upheavals, distress and tension due to the pandemic, we cannot sit back and take a complacent position. I know how challenging and stressful this phase was for everyone. But we are doing our best in the given circumstances. Dear parents, let me take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to you, for being exceptionally extra-ordinary and for journeying with us during the past year, sharing the difficulties of teaching learning process. Indeed, it was because of your patience, persistence, perseverance and cooperation that our teachers could succeed in achieving the goal. Initially, all of us struggled, to get accustomed to the new mode of online teaching and learning. In the process of trial and error methods, both of us succeeded enormously. I salute you dear parents for standing with us in this most crucial time of teaching and learning. Our teachers and staff are wonderful and amazing personalities, who work tirelessly for the betterment of your kids. At this juncture, I acknowledge the hard work, and sincere efforts that they put in, to execute their responsibilities to the best of their ability. Parents do not be disheartened, disappointed or frustrated if your kids do not come up to your expectations at this moment. All what they need is your understanding, patience and trust in them. Together let us join our hands again in this sacred and noble venture and surely they will come out in flying colors. Please do not lose hope as your kids are in the safe hands.
