This is the way to success, and this is the way great spiritual giants are produced.” I came to education sector as a learner, with an inner calling to create and establish a system for a whole generation of new learners. I had no great design or big plans. Yet, in these 27 years our journey has been charted by a commitment to relentlessly widen our horizons, deepen our base and work to accelerate each student's personal and professional growth. When our students started excelling in academic and professional courses, unwittingly the process of nation building had begun. I would like to acknowledge the support of our large and very capable staff, and the thousands of parents and children who are a part of, and responsible for, this institution's success. Sometimes I feel, that being instruments of change isn't attributed to any real or imagined qualities of being educationists, but because we understand that education is a part of life. So, in each of our schools I have created spaces which engage with life - spaces for sports, spaces with verdant green nature, and spaces with a selfless focus on community building. In my journey I have been supported by the deep vision of my life-partner - my wife, and we believe, that education that empowers self realization, independent thinking, environment consciousness and growth of the community, is more valuable than any marks on a report card. We also work for the simultaneity of life and believe that academic excellence is a life long discipline, and has to be linked with both personal and social responsibilities. A school that educates not just the student, but also the teacher is an ideal school. My focus in life is to build such schools. And it is these ideals that have brought us to Greater Noida, to bring to this well planned city, an educational system based on the principles of free progressive education. We invite you to come and be a part of our movement, to empower our children with value-based academic excellence and equip them for greater heights of achievement. For this we ask all you parents to come and join this new venture. Yes! Our task ahead is to work together, as members of a large social group, sometimes in agreement and sometimes in disagreement. Samsara-The World Academy, is part of rich legacy in the field of education created under the banner of Meerut Public School (Group), which established its first school at Meerut Cantt in 1982 under the Visionary founders, Shri. Tarachand Shastri and Smt. Kusum Shastri. The founders and Chair Persons had the passion and zeal to extend English medium public school pattern education to the needy children of ever growing municipality of Meerut Cantt as also, building six schools in the city of Meerut which is one of the largest cities in Western UP. Principal We continue to draw inspiration from the values espoused by our founders and our Vision: ‘Setting a strong foundation in Education and Indian Values for the future generations’. The Vision has led us to our Mission of quality and holistic education i.e. to – Strengthen learning by inquiry, exploration, and experience. Embrace fusion of old with new in pedagogy, empower teachers and students to develop a World view. Samsara, The World Academy came up in the lush green environs of Greater Noida. The school has grown from strength to strength in last 13 years since its inception with our alumni making their mark in various Higher Educational Institutions such as, IITs, Delhi University, NDA, BHU etc. We are now on a mission mode, to adopt EdTech initiatives in a big way with Smart Classrooms and digital content and AI based integrations in learning and assessment. We also have adopted seamless business communication and project management platforms in our day to day work to bring in speed and paperless decision support systems. Our ERP and CRM, ENTAB is ever growing with features which keep the school teachers meaningfully engaged with our students and parents. In the new session we have got into Goals based approach for Teachers and students, wherein, the Scholastic, Co-Scholastic and Sports Goals are discussed and analysed in a quantified and objective manner and adopted for results. As we move ahead in the session it is our proud privilege to let you know our goals as under: Scholastic: Sr. Secondary – 113 students from existing academic performance index ( 191- 560) to graduate to an interval of 225-560. Secondary - 121 students from existing API (200-312) to graduate to an interval of 223-322. Middle Wing - We also aspire to see our 175 middle school students to move up from current API ( 248-344) to the range of 270-367. Primary Wing Classes II to V – 185 students from existing API (254-670) to achieve an interval of 280-700. Co-scholastic: The aim of these activities is the holistic development of the students and we work towards development of every student’s English Language and IT proficiency skills. Sports: The school aims to provide different opportunities to every student and exposes them to sports like Football, Basketball, Skating, Karate, badminton, Kho-Kho, Handball, Cricket. `We aim to have our students participate in CBSE Clusters. Students will also have a chance to participate in various district and regional level championships.
