We acknowledge with gratitude the efforts of all the people who in various capacities - as Principal, Teachers and Parents have strived a lot to help in the growth of this college. Much has been done in the last 27 years and still more needs to be done in the years to come. Our motto is “Deep Se Deep Jaley” which means, Light to Enlighten. I firmly believe that we should not curse darkness. To get rid of it, we should try to light a candle and if one candle is lit then same can lit many candles. Likewise, one good student can illumine the whole society with his knowledge. Our aim, importantly, is to make education a fun-filled, enjoyable, learning and growing experience on the solid foundation of values. We believe it is important to create an environment where students look eagerly forward to come to school. We want them to have affectionate memories of the time they have spent with us, long after they have left the school. Striving for excellence in every domain of life requires perseverance and faith. A proper balance has to be struck between an individual’s professional and achievements with that of his roots and moral values that would enable children to become a successful human being. We try to pull out the talents of our children in a manner that they reach up to their optimal potential. The modern means of entertainment are stealing away our creativity and physical fitness .Thereby it is important that leisure time should be utilized to explore our own selves to discover our potentials. Besides utmost emphasis on academics individual attention is paid to ensure physical, intellectual, moral and emotional development of students in their formative years. House system further ensures personal attention in dealing with the emotional problems, while the prefect system infuses the traits like discipline and determination. All students find their turn to appear on the stage in one way or another during the session. Among our other concerns, environmental protection and the infusion of a secular outlook with a patriotic zeal are also areas of focus achieved through a variety of extra curricular activities ranging from special assemblies to tree plantation drives, civic campaigns and social rallies.

Our aim remains that our students go out into the world with the strength, reach and excel in their professional aspirations and also remain beautiful human being. We prepare our students to be good human beings and infuse values. A school is a second home where effective, meaningful and joyful learning takes place. It is here that we begin to learn our lessons of life �?to accept challenges, face competition, defeat and failure, and rejoice at victory and triumph. Our school is scaling new heights with excellent and reputed professionals training our children in a range of co-curricular activities. Nurturing the talent in every child, awakening and illuminating their intellect in many ways and helping them develop vivid interests, our dedicated team of teachers have played an important role in enriching children’s learning experiences in multi-dimensional ways. Most importantly, at the school, we are a team of dedicated teachers and staff, committed to the welfare of the children in our care. Children blossom when they are encouraged and challenged to think creatively. We have strived to constantly improve prototype of education in such a way that it is in consonance with the needs of the scenario. It is very gratifying to us that the School has been successful in preparing our children to enjoy and excel both in the classroom and outside of it, making the most of their potential through the mix of activities they engage in, the ability to work individually and in teams. Not to miss that Brightland College has completed its 25 years of devoted and quality education in 2009. It is all because of the ones who have passed out joyously in the past many years, those who are a vibrant part of it today and all those who would enthusiastically join us in coming years who will make Brightland shine brilliantly in the years to come. As our school continues to make a difference to the lives of our children, and through them, to make the world a better place for everyone, we look forward to building on this culture of excellence.
