School Vision
Modern times has seen a spike in modern technology and changing lifestyles. Change is the only constant and our country has seen so many revolutionary changes in the last few decades. But sadly only in the field of education, we still follow the age old practice of recognizing someone only by the grades and scores in the exams. No importance is given for the acquisition of skills and behaviour. It is unfortunate that eighty percent of our graduates are not work ready and the remaining twenty percent also require some kind of orientation. Though our graduates fare extremely well on the content with rote learning, they struggle in the conceptual understanding which is a combination of knowledge, skill and application to real life situations. These thoughts led to the creation of Samsidh Schools which teach the students the knowledge required, the skills to apply the learnt knowledge in real life situations and the equanimous behavior required to lead a contented life. Samsidh follows the CBSE curriculum.

Are our schools equipped to prepare our children to face the challenges that the future holds? Such questions motivates us to go through a reflection and hence we at Samsidh MLZS work at implementing a well-balanced curriculum to ensure that the children who walk in to the portals of our school will not just love their school years but truly be prepared to face life’s challenges. “Dream is not what you see in sleep, it is something which does not let you sleep”. We teach our students to dream big, encourage them to see the world from a global perspective. Our learners are taught to become independent through experiences within and beyond the classroom. Technology is incorporated in the learning process to enhance imagination and creativity.In order to achieve this we have developed our own methodology ‘Samsidh model’ which emphasizes on Enrichment, Character development &Leadership and Happiness . We have completed ten years with rich experiences and moving forward with a vision of ‘creating 21st century ethical and happy leaders’ under the able leadership of our Chairman Mr Vasa Srinivasa Rao.
