Genesis and Growth of the School… Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, a name to reckon with, among educational institutions in the city is a premier CBSE school committed to excellence. Started in the year 1982 with the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan and His guidance, the school has grown over years into a model institution, imparting value education, besides the regular academic curriculum. In the year 1985, it has come into its own present premises in MVP Colony. Sri Sathya Sai Service Organization is a world renowned service organization. Every state in India has a state trust which guides and monitors the educational activities. Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, Visakhapatnam affiliated to the CBSE Board, New Delhi, is run under the aegis of Sri Sathya Sai Trust, Hyderabad. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba is the mentor, the guide, the guardian and the moral breath of the school. The school imparts a balanced education, spiritual and regular with a thrust on human values, quite suitable for a balanced and harmonious growth of children’s personality.
