The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta is undertaking a significant infrastructure project to construct a 10-storey hostel with 200 rooms and new academic blocks. Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, the hostel aims to meet modern standards and achieve a GRIHA 5 Star rating. The project, costing around Rs 246 crore, is expected to be completed in two years. The institute's initiative reflects its commitment to upgrading facilities to retain its position as a leading educational institution nationally and globally.
