Born into a family of educationists in Nainital, my father, Shri Swami Rama, a renowned yogi and educator, and my mother, Smt. Lilu Kumar, an English Literature professor, my path to becoming an educator was naturally carved out from an early age. My experience as a principal and teacher helped me identify the lack of personal connection in education, inspiring me to establish Sanskriti School in Pune, emphasising happiness and motivation for both students and teachers across its four campuses.

I introduced a blend of world-class facilities with traditional Indian values at Sanskriti School, incorporating modern practices like a Virtual Reality lab and AI programmes, alongside the ancient Gurukul system. This unique approach fosters well-rounded, value-driven students. Sanskriti School's recognition includes the Avantika Samman, British Council International School Award, Kirloskar Clean & Beautiful School Award, and more. Our students have excelled in national competitions, and I've been honoured with awards like the ‘Prof. Indira Parikh 50 Women in Education Leaders’ and the Indian Education Excellence Award, contributing significantly to the field of education.
