A group of 35 NCC cadets of 31 UP Girls Battalion, Sharda University, distributed relief aid to the families that were affected by the floods at Basantpur Banger in Noida. The cadets visited the flood-hit area on July 26 and distributed essential supplies such as biscuits, sanitary napkins, and ready-to-eat food packets. The National Cadet Corps (NCC) unit was led by Lieutenant Yashodhara Raj, who is an associate NCC officer at Sharda University and CHM Paras. The distribution drive was carried out with utmost efficiency and empathy, focusing on the urgent needs of the affected families, a university statement said.The Lieutenant said, “I am immensely proud of our NCC cadets from Sharda University who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and compassion in providing relief to the flood-affected families.
