The central government's digital arm has invited tech firms to develop online tutoring solutions under the PM e-vidya initiative. The goal is to offer "real-time" support and guidance to students, ensuring accessibility regardless of their background. The initiative seeks applications from edtech companies to create tools capable of tailoring content based on student learning levels and providing comprehensive analytical capabilities. The move aligns with the National Education Policy 2020 and the Ministry of Education's requirements, aiming to enhance digital learning experiences in line with evolving education needs, especially during the pandemic. The deadline for submissions is December 22. The focus is on identifying partners willing to align with existing digital learning platforms, National Digital Education Architecture (NDEAR) and Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing (DIKSHA).
